A short description of the history of OCAD.

10.01.05 New OCAD forums are open at ocad.astralmatrix.net
10.31.03 OCAD receives its first facelift in years. A new section is added, the Ocad Monthly.
04.19.99 OCAD reaches 10000 hits in its first three months. Vote page, edit artist page are modified.
04.01.99 New look courtesy of JFG. Vote page and about page are added.
03.04.99 Links page added; voting CGI script implemented. 02.09.99 Bulletin Board opens.
02.12.99 #artist officially opens, irc info page goes up.
02.08.99 OCAD makes Weekly Web Picks by Anime Web Turnpike. Artist and Comic directories get search capabilities. Random sort added.
01.28.99 OCAD officially goes up, with the Artist and Comic directories fully tested and operational.

Artwork submitted to the OCAD site is considered "on loan" to OCAD, and may be used online, without further modification, for as long as OCAD wishes. Artwork may also be used for purposes of promotion and/or navigation within the OCAD pageset. If we want to use your artwork anywhere else, we will ask for your permission first. Any artwork that you submit is still your property and you may use it as you wish. Nothing on this site is currently used for profit.
